Shreveport police arrest woman for forging prescriptions

Shreveport Police arrested a woman today for obtaining prescription medications using forged prescriptions.

Penny Johnson, 41, of Benton, LA was taken into custody on a warrant issued earlier this month. She was charged with three counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud. Johnson may face additional charges that are pending in Bossier.
