Police to hold crime prevention workshop tonight

Just in time for the holidays, Shreveport Police Department is conducting a Business Crime Prevention Seminar tonight at 6 p.m.

The seminar will take place in the Caddo-Bossier Room of the Student University Center Building on the campus of LSU-Shreveport.

Business owners and employees can learn tips for preventing various crimes, including armed robbery, burglary and shoplifting.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
