New Non-emergency contact number for SPD

The public can now contact the police for non emergency calls at 673-BLUE (2583). This is easy for the public to remember and will be the primary non emergency phone number when the new phone books come out.

This change was prompted by some technical difficulties that are being worked at this time. However, this number will remain active and is the number citizens should use for reports of a non emergency nature.

For all emergency situations, the public should continue to use the 9-1-1 number.
