Missing Juveniles Found, Three Adults Arrested

At approximately 9:00 AM today, Caddo Parish Deputies arrested two adult male suspects for their connection in the harboring of three juvenile girls who had disappeared Monday.

Shreveport Police Juvenile Detectives believed Megan Clements, 12, Courtnie Martinez, 13 and Kelseia Chapple, 12, were picked up by two males whom they did not know and given a ride to a location in the parish where, until today, they stayed in a trailer with the adult males.

Kelseia Chapple was returned home early this morning by one of the adult males, told her mother where she was staying the past week and took her mother to the location of the trailer. While en route, Caddo Parish Deputies and SPD Juvenile Detectives were called to respond to 591 Williams Road, the home of Edward Roberson, b/m, 28.

Upon their arrival police found two adult males, Edward Roberson and Terry Bennett, b/m, 28 in the trailer with the two girls, Clements and Martinez. As Caddo Deputies entered the trailer, Bennett attempted to flee from police into the nearby woods but was quickly apprehended as the result of information given to the pursuing deputy by a concerned citizen.

Roberson and Bennett were taken to CCC for booking and the girls were returned to the custody of their parents. Shreveport Police Juvenile Detectives confirmed with Caddo, these juveniles were reported missing on Monday.

Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office booked Roberson for Aggravated Rape, Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Bennett was booked for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Simple Escape.

Yesterday, SPD Juvenile Detectives arrested Paul Christopher Chriss for Contributing to the Delinquency of Minor for his participation.
