SPD Seeks Burglar

On August 27^th at approximately 1:00 AM, the suspect, Robert Swift, Jr, B/M, 01/20/68, entered the complainant's residence in the 4100 block of Clover and woke her and her elderly mother.

The suspect is known to the victims and is a heavy narcotics user and a transient. He fled the scene the night of the offense when the victim called police.

A warrant has been issued for Smith for Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling. Bond is set for $25,000.00.
