Vehicle Misuse Suspect Sought

Frank Ruffins advised that he loaned his vehicle to Yolanda Canada, b/f, 33, who is a the girlfriend of one of his friends, so she could run to the store and get some cigarettes.

Ruffins stated that Canada never returned. The vehicle was located abandoned on August 13, with a broken window and several items missing.

Ruffins positively identified Canada from a photo lineup. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Canada for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
