Twelve to be promoted September 3rd

Twelve Shreveport Police Officers will be promoted by Chief of Police Jim Roberts Tuesday, September 3^rd. The ceremony will be in the Assembly Room, located at Shreveport Police Headquarters, and will start at 3:00 p. m. The officers to be promoted are as follows:

• Alan E. Hall will be promoted to Captain. Hall joined the department in August of 1977.

• Gary D. Smith will be promoted to Captain. Smith joined the department in February of 1978.

• David E. McDaniels will be promoted to Lieutenant. McDaniels joined the department in October of 1981.

• David B. Kent will be promoted to Lieutenant. Kent joined the department in January of 1982.

• David B. Fuselier will be promoted to Lieutenant. Fuselier joined the department in February of 1982.

• Guy A. Smith will be promoted to Sergeant. Smith joined the department in September of 1988.

• James E. Bellotte will be promoted to Sergeant. Bellotte joined the department in February of 1989.

• Donald M. May will be promoted to Sergeant. May joined the department in March of 1990.

• John R. Courtney will be promoted to Corporal. Courtney joined the department in April of 1992.

• Janice R. Dailey will be promoted to Corporal. Dailey joined the department in April of 1992.

• Suzanne H. Gallier will be promoted to Corporal. Gallier joined the department in April of 1992.

• Henry V. Rogers will be promoted to Corporal. Rogers joined the department in April of 1992.
