Police are in search of dangerous suspect

The Shreveport Police are in search for Marcus Alexander, 21, of Shreveport for aggravated second degree battery for allegedly shooting a man on 466 Mayfair.

The incident occurred Tuesday around 9:30 pm. Witnesses state Alexander and J.B Maurice White, 19, began fighting in the street. Alexander then pulled out a pistol and shot the victim. Later, the victim was transported to LSU Medical Center. His injuries were not life threatening.
