Woman arrested for stealing over $100,000

A Shreveport woman was arrested Tuesday after an investigation discovered that the woman allegedly stole $100,297.62.

Teresa Durden, 29, of the 300 block of Chimney Stone Drive was charged with felony theft from the Cobblestone Home Association.

While Durden was manager of the Cobblestone Home Association, she allegedly obtained a company credit card and issued checks to herself without authorization.

The theft is believed to have taken place over the course of several years.
