Police investigate armed robbery

Police are looking for a man who robbed the Texaco station at 1900 N. Market St. this morning.

The incident occurred about 3:50 a.m. when the black male walked into the store with a handgun. He demanded money from the register and received it. He then took a male employee’s wallet and had the male employee, a female employee and a customer get into a bathroom. He then fled the scene.

The suspect was masked and was wearing a large light blue t-shirt with unknown type of design on the front. He also was wearing a light blue ball cap and baggy jeans. He is described to be 5'5 and 155 pounds.
