Man charged with robberies at Pizza King, Shane’s crawfish

A 23-year-old man has been charged with two armed robberies in Shreveport.

Xavier Kinsey of the 1600 block of Cox Street faces charges of armed robbery for the Pizza King robbery on April 14. He also has been charged as the third suspect in the April 22 robbery of Shane’s Acadiana Crawfish. Columbus Lewis, 18, and Jake Lamar Thomkins Lockett Jr. were arrested for the Shane’s robbery on the day it occurred.

Kinsey has been arrested for robberies in the past, including the September 1998 robbery of Thifty Liquor at 1401 Hollywood and the August 1997 robbery of Anthony’s Steak and Seafood at 7504 Mansfield.
