Man arrested for Dairy Queen robbery; police search for another

Police have arrested 18-year-old Dadrian Washington of Shreveport on a charge of armed robbery.

Washington is accused of robbing Dairy Queen at 7798 Youree Drive on Oct. 26, 2000.

Dadrian Washington is the brother of another suspect in the Dairy Queen robbery. Police are looking for Albert "Zig Zag" Washington, 25, of Shreveport. Albert Washington also is wanted for the March 13 armed robbery of Advanced Automotive on Mansfield Road.

Also wanted in the Advanced Automotive robbery is 19-year-old Demarcus Sullivan. Another suspect in the Advanced Automotive case, 20-year-old Cameron Bell of Shreveport, was arrested last month and charged with armed robbery.

Sullivan also is a suspect in the March 10 robbery of Napa Auto Parts.

Anyone with information about Albert Washington’s or Sullivan’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 673-7000 or the detective’s office at 673-6955.
