Kidnapping victim, kidnapper found

A search for a woman and her alleged kidnapper ended late Saturday after the pair showed up at the police station.

Cedrick Fuller, 46, was charged with simple kidnapping after he and Andrea Watts Russell, 26, turned themselves in. Neither was injured.

The woman and her four children, ages 4 to 10, were reported missing last Tuesday, March 20. The children were found Thursday in a vehicle parked at County Market grocery store. They were uninjured.

Detectives are continuing their investigation as to why Fuller took his former girlfriend and what transpired during the time she was missing.
