Police search for possible kidnaping victim

Shreveport police are looking for a 26-year-old Shreveport woman they believe may have been kidnaped.

The woman and her four children, ages 4 to 10, had been missing since Tuesday. The children were found today in a vehicle parked at County Market grocery store. They were uninjured.

However, police have not located Andrea Watts Russell, whom they believe may be with her former boyfriend, Cedric Fuller. Fuller, 47, is also known as Malik Mohammed Ali .

Russell and Fuller may be in a late-model Red Honda Accord. Both are African-American. Russell is 5'3" and weighs about 135 pounds.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of these two people is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 673-6932 or the detective’s office at 673-6955.
