Police arrest one robbery suspect, search for another

Shreveport police arrested a 27-year-old Shreveport man on two counts of armed robbery of two individuals.

Charles Washington is charged with the Jan. 27 incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Allen Avenue.

Washington and another man, 20-year-old Darryl Robinson are accused of using a handgun to rob two, 27-year-old men.

A warrant for Robinson’s arrest has been issued on the two counts of armed robbery.

Anyone with information about Robinson’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 673-7000.
