Third Fina store robbery suspect arrested

A third suspect in Monday’s Fina store robbery was apprehended by police this morning.

Tyrone "T-Bone" Reddix, 19, of Shreveport was arrested and charged with simple robbery of the store at 909 W. 70th St.

Jason Lee Davis and Bennie Lee Player III, both 23-year-old Shreveporters, were arrested shortly after the robbery. The arrest occurred after officers chased a car that matched the description of the vehicle used in the robbery.

Police reports said two men entered the business about 12:40 p.m. Monday. One the suspects grabbed the clerk by the neck and pulled her away from the cash register. The man grabbed money and both left the store and got into a 1990 maroon Olds Regency.

Both Davis and Player are charged with the robbery. Davis is charged with flight from an officer and no driver’s license.
