The man tells residents he is taking over pest control services and needs to look around the apartment. At least once, the man has entered a residence and taken jewelry while inside. The man is described as a black male, 5'8" to 5'10" and 160 pounds. He has short hair and is believed to be in his early to mid 20's. He may be driving a sandstone or champagne colored older model Mazda. Apartments where he has been seen include Seasons, Hillside, Colony Square and Kingston Village. Anyone who has been approached by this individual, or anyone who has seen this suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 673-7000 or Detective Shawn Hinderberger at 673-6985.
