Howard has been charged with two additional counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and one count of hit and run. The new counts add to a list of other charges filed against Howard last week. They were three counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of authorized use of a moveable (includes the arrest warrant charge) and aggravated flight from an officer. The new charges stem from incidents that occurred earlier this year on July 1 and July 7. On July 1, Howard reportedly picked up a white 1990 Buick LeSabre from a Shreveport residence in the 700 block of Edgemont for detailing and cleaning. He failed to return the vehicle. On July 7, Howard picked up a 1999 Porsche Roadster from a Shreveport Realty firm for detailing. About six hours after the car was picked up, the Porsche was involved in a hit and run accident at Wallace and 68th Street. Both the LeSabre and the Porsche Roadster were recovered.
