Lindsey received several gun shot wounds and died at the scene. Meanwhile, a woman in the park with Lindsey received a gun shot wound to the leg. The woman, identified as Lisa Morgan, left the scene and went to LSU Health Sciences Center for treatment. No arrests have been made, and a reason for the shooting is not known.
