Regent Street Homicide arrest

Detectives investigating a homicide on Regent Street from last week, has secured a warrant for:

Jerxavier Lane, Black Male DOB 3-16-88 is currently in the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Prison on unrelated drug charges. Yesterday Judge Mosley signed a warrant for his arrest on one count of 2nd Degree murder and set his bond at $500,000 dollars.

Lane is accused of killing Cordovious Benjamin, Black Male DOB 7-13-87, last Friday shortly after 5:00 AM in the 3000 block of Regent Street..
