COP to receive Donation

On Tuesday, 2:00 P.M. in the atrium of the Police Department, 1st floor, members of the Air Force Sergeant's Association Auxiliary, Chapter 615 will present a donation to Assistant Chief Cheryl Jeter, Lt. Robin Snyder and Cpl. Meosha Deal of the Community Oriented Policing Bureau. The contribution is to assist in funding the "School Uniform Project" developed to supply area school children with much needed school uniforms.

Ms. Anna Marie Arpino, both spokesperson and member of the group, as well as the past president of East Shreveport Rotary said, "This is one of the many ways in which this organization can give back to the community and hopes other organizations will follow their lead and contribute to this worthwhile cause". Ms. Arpino will be joined by the following Air Force Sergeant's Association Auxiliary members to help present the gift:
