Shreveport Police seek robbery suspects

Shreveport Police need your help in identifying and apprehending a pair of suspects who robbed a west Shreveport convenience store in late August.

At approximately 2:07 a.m. on August 29, 2009, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the Circle K in the 7700 block of Pines Rd. A witness told investigators that two black male suspects entered the store and both produced handguns and demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint. The suspects received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store on foot. No one was injured in the robbery.

Detectives are now releasing surveillance video and still photos of the robbery suspects and are asking for your help in identifying the pair. The video will be in the media box at the Patrol Desk and the suspects can be seen starting at time code 02:05:00. The suspects are described as light complexioned black males, one wearing a red t-shirt and black pants, the other wearing a black t-shirt and khaki pants. Both have their faces covered and one of the suspects has tattoos on each wrist and on one forearm.
