National Night Out Winners

2008 was a great year for Shreveport National Night Out events. So many parties (over 150 registered), so much food, who couldn't have had a great time. 21 block parties entered the competition for the prestigious blue National Night Out Winner signs but unfortunately only one winner per district could be chosen. The judges had their work cut out for them this year with so many great entries, and your 2008 National Night Out block party winners are:
