Shreveporter wanted for robbery

Shreveport Police are looking for a man wanted for two robberies that occurred in May.

Joshua Thomas, 17, of Shreveport is wanted for the robbery and attempted robbery of two individuals in the 600 block of Mt. Zion Road on May 22. One of the victims was in a storage building when the suspect pointed a gun at him and demanded money. He left with a cell phone and then fled on foot. As he was leaving, he approached another man and demanded money. But the man said he had no money to give him, so suspect left.

The investigation resulted in detectives determining the identity of the robber and the issuing of an arrest warrant for Thomas. He is wanted for armed robbery and attempted armed robbery.
