Free Hunters Education Course

The Shreveport Police Department will be hosting two Hunter's Education Courses.

The first class will be Monday, Aug. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 26, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 30, from 8 a.m. to noon.

The second session will be Wednesday, Aug. 27, from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 28, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 30, from 1 to 5 p.m.

Each class will be limited to 50 per session. Pre-Registration is required by calling 673-7170. The classes will be held at the Shreveport Regional Training Academy, located at

6440 Greenwood Rd.
