Welcome to the City of Shreveport’s Citizens Support Center. 

This system allows you to make a request or ask a question via the internet.  For example, if you need to report a pot-hole that needs repairing or request an abandoned house in your neighborhood be secured; you can now make these requests on-line and receive a response to your e-mail address.

Also available on-line, is a Knowledgebase which stores frequently asked questions and their answers.
