How Do I Get a Copy of a Fire Report?

Copies of Fire Reports can be purchased at the Central Fire Station, 263 N. Common St., Shreveport, LA.  Cost is $6.00 for the first two pages and $2.00 per page for each additional page.  It is suggested that you WAIT 3 working days to allow the report to reach Central Station. How Do I Get a Copy of a Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Report?

Copies of EMS Reports can ONLY be purchased by the person involved in the incident, or someone with proof that they are legal guardian if the person is a minor or incapacitated. Cost of the report is $5.00 and can be located at the EMS Office at 263 N. Common Street, Shreveport, LA. It is suggested that you WAIT 3 working days to allow the report to reach the EMS Office.
