April 7, 2010 - Second Arrest Made in Arson Fire A 29 year old male was arrested on one count of aggravated arson Shreveport Fire Investigators made another arrest in connection with the alleged aggravated arson fire at 248 Prospect Street. Patrick Duffy, a 29 year old male of the 400 block of Wyandotte, was arrested on one count of aggravated arson and one count of manufacturing a delayed incendiary device. The recent arson arrests that have been made are due to the diligent and tireless efforts of the Shreveport Fire Investigation unit. |
