Arrest warrant for Raymond Stokes

Shreveport Fire investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Raymond Stokes, a 40-year-old black male, known to frequent the Cedar Grove area.

According to Investigator Rodney Murray, “On December 10, 2008, in the 3000 block of Parkridge, Raymond Stokes committed the crime of Aggravated Arson when he intentionally set fire to the property of another and endangered human life.”
