Shreveport Fire Department Announces National Fire Prevention Week 2003 Activities, October 6-12

The Shreveport Fire Department has announced activities planned for National Fire Prevention Week 2003, October 6-12.

Every fire safety team starts with firefighters - but they can't do it alone. Effective fire safety depends on teamwork. The Shreveport Fire Department asks you to team up with the people with whom you live, work, play, and worship so that all of you will be better prepared to prevent, and if necessary, survive a home fire.
Throughout the week, the firefighters will be providing information on Installing and Testing Smoke Alarms, Practicing Home Escape Plans, Hunting for Home Hazards, and more. Below are the scheduled activities for National Fire Prevention Week here in Shreveport:
