Fire Chief Announces Promotions and Retirements

Shreveport Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran is proud to announce the following promotions:
To the position of Captain: Frank Hampson, Chad Connella, Mary Scarbo, and Harold Powell
To the position of Training Officer: J.P. Lane
To Fire Driver: Charles Justice, Joseph Burnett, Victor Green, Derrick Cooper, and Issac Tolliver

Retiring from the department are District Chief Donnie Baughman with 33 years of service, Captain Sammy Deeds with 28 years of service, Captain Ralph Parker Jr. with 28 years of service, and Captain John Green with 26 years of service. The fire department thanks each retiring member for their years of faithful public service. ###
