Revenue Division - Information
The Revenue Division consist of a Customer Service Section,
a Cashiering Section, a Data Control Section and a Delinquent Collections Office.
This Division is responsible for billing and collecting the majority of the City's revenues.
These revenues include:
False Alarm Charges
EMS Patient and Memberships Charges
Street Assessment Charges
Property Standards Charges
The Revenue Division's management objectives are to:
- improve information provided to our customers
- provide better customer service
- become more efficient in both billing and collections
- accomplish all of the above by making use of new technology
