Revenue Division - Information


The Revenue Division consist of a Customer Service Section, a Cashiering Section, a Data Control Section and a Delinquent Collections Office. This Division is responsible for billing and collecting the majority of the City's revenues. These revenues include:


The Revenue Division's management objectives are to:
  • improve information provided to our customers
  • provide better customer service
  • become more efficient in both billing and collections
  • accomplish all of the above by making use of new technology
