Revenue Hours of Operation

Payments to the City of Shreveport may be made at either of the following locations:

City Hall Annex
1237 Murphy St.
Shreveport, LA     71101

         or

Government Plaza
505 Travis Street
Shreveport, LA    71101

A Night Deposit Box is located on the Murphy Street entrance to the City Hall Annex.  Please use check or money order when using the Night Deposit Box.  Payments are picked up around 2PM workdays for posting that night.

Also current water bills only may be paid at the Sportran Bus Terminal.  No deliquent water bills will be accepted at this location.
