Property Standards Information
Property Standards bill the citizens for payment of services which the City initiates to make a property safe for the surrounding properties.
These services may include any or all of the following actions:
- Grass cutting
- Securing or boarding up a structure
- Demolishment of a structure
- Attorney's fees
The Revenue Cashiers receive payments for these charges. If charges are not
paid, they may be added to the Property Tax Bill.
