Two men arrested for February homicide

Two men have been booked on first-degree murder charges in connection with the Feb. 20 homicides of two people.

Darrell Johns, 20, and Johnny Ray Williams, 29, both of the 4200 block of Greenbriar, are currently in the Caddo Correctional Center.

Each suspects is charged with one count of first-degree murder for the shooting deaths of Elijah Fellows and Topeka Montaquin. Both victims were found with gunshot wounds in the 200 block of Douglas Street just after midnight on Feb. 20. Fellows was pronounced dead at the scene, while Montaquin died after being transported to LSU Hospital.
