Inmate walks away from Car Care

Police are searching for a 44-year-old Shreveport man who walked away from his work release assignment at Car Care, the maintenance facility where police vehicles are worked on.

Robert C. Fuller walked away from the facility about 9 a.m. Thursday. Car Care is located on Snow Street behind the Shreveport Police Facility.

Fuller was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of misdemeanor theft. He now faces a felony charge of simple escape.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Fuller is asked to call the detective’s office at 673-6955, Crime Stoppers at 673-7000 or Police Communications at 673-7300.
