Promotions set for Thursday

The following officers will be promoted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the old City Council Chamber, located on the second floor of the Shreveport Police Facility:

Lt. Richard Salley, to captain.

Lt. William Clary, to captain.

Sgt. Travis Hayes to lieutenant.

Sgt. Erma McCoy to lieutenant.

Cpl. Michael Kellum to sergeant.

Cpl. Carl Taylor to sergeant.

Officer Rita Caldwell to corporal.

Officer Brian G. Monette to corporal.
