    October 13, 2008

    The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Joe Shyne at 3”04 p.m., Monday, October 13, 2008, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Wooley, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilwoman Bowman. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Long, Wooley, Webb, Shyne, and Bowman.. 7. Absent: None. The Council met and set the following agenda for Tuesday, October 14, 2008 agenda:
