The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Joe Shyne at 3:03 p.m., June 23, 2008, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Bowman, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Wooley. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Long, Wooley, Webb, Shyne, and Bowman.. 7. Absent: None.
