    January 7, 2008

    The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Joe Shyne at 3:04 p.m., Monday, January 7, 2008, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Walford, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Long. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Long, Wooley, Webb, Shyne, and Bowman.. 7. Absent: None. The Council met and set the following agenda for January 8, 2008 agenda:

    Public Notice: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Shreveport shall hold its Administrative Conference on Friday, January 7, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. and Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 3:00 p.m.

    Both meetings will be held in the Government Chambers at Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).
