    The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Monty Walford at 3:02 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2007, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Webb and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilwoman Bowman. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Long (Arrived at 3:04 p.m.), Wooley, Webb, Shyne, and Bowman.. 7. Absent: None.
