July 23, 2007

The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Vice-Chairman Joe Shyne at 3:03 p.m., Monday, July 23, 2007, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Wooley, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilwoman Bowman. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Long (Arrived at 3:06 p.m.), Wooley, Webb, Shyne, and Bowman.. 6. Absent: Councilman Walford. 1.
