The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Councilman Walford at3:05 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2007, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Pastor Earl Blackmon. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester (Arrived at 3:20 p.m.), Walford, Long, Wooley, Webb, Shyne, and Bowman.. 7. Absent: None.
