September 11, 2006

The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Jeffery A. Hogan at 3:00p.m., Monday, September 11, 2006, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Lester, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Walford On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Carmody, Robertson,, Hogan, Green, and Jackson. 7. Absent: None. The Council met and set the following agenda for Tuesday, September 12, 2006 agenda:
