ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE

December 12, 2005

The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Calvin Lester at 3:00 p.m., Monday, December 12, 2005, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Green, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Walford. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Carmody (Arrived at 3:24 p.m.), Robertson,, Green, Hogan, and Jackson (Arrived at 3:01 p.m.). 7. Absent: None. Both meetings will be held in the Government Chambers at Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

214 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a cooperative endeavor agreement with the Louisiana Science Teachers Association and Louisiana Association of Teachers of Mathematics relative to holding its Annual Conference in Shreveport, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
