    November 28, 2005

    The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman James E. Green at 3:02 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2005, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Hogan, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Jackson. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester (Arrived at 3:15 p.m.), Walford, Carmody (Arrived at 3:31 p.m.), Robertson, Green, Hogan, and Jackson. 7. Absent: None. The Council met and set the following agenda for Tuesday, November 29, 2005 agenda:
