ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE

September 26, 2005

The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman James Green at 3:00p.m., Monday, September 26, 2005, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Carmody and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Gibson. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Walford, Carmody, Gibson, Green, Hogan (Arrived at 3:04p.m.), and Jackson (Arrived at 3: 07p.m.). 6. Absent: Councilman Lester. The Council met and set the following agenda for September 27, 2005 agenda:

Public Notice: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Shreveport shall hold its Administrative Conference on Monday, September 26, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. and its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at 3:00 p.m.
