ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE

July 11, 2005

The Administrative Conference of the City council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Vice-Chairman Theron Jackson at 3:01 p.m., Monday, July 11, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Hogan, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Lester. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Carmody, Hogan, and Jackson. 4. Absent: Councilmen Walford, Gibson, and Green. 3. Public Notice: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Shreveport shall hold its Administrative Conference on Monday, July 11, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. and its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 3:00 p.m.

Both meetings will be held in the Government Chambers at Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).
