ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE

October 11, 2004

The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Theron Jackson at 3:06 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2004, in the Government Chambers of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Councilman Hogan. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilmen Lester, Walford, Carmody, Gibson (arrived at 3:12 p.m.), Green, Hogan, and Jackson. 7.

PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Shreveport shall hold its Administrative Conference on Monday, October 11, 2004, at 3:00 p.m. and its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 3:00 p.m.

        220 Allowing the City of Shreveport to use the Governmental Chamber on the Third Tuesday of each month and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

        221 Accepting dedication for Kempton Park Circle in the Steeple Chase Estates Unit No. 2, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
