ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE

AUGUST 26, 2002

1. Call to Order. The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Roy Burrell, at 3:10 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2002, in the Government Chambers in Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

2. Invocation was given by Councilman Shyne.

3. On Roll Call, the following members were Present: Councilman Huckaby (3:20), Stewart (3:30), Carmody, Serio, Spigener, Shyne and Burrell. 7. Absent: None.
